Cancel an accidental ebook order or any other order within seven days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within three to five days.
Any canceled orders outside the 7 Days period are subject to review and partial refunds may be considered if Circumstances permitted it.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to terminate a contract for the purchase of Digital Content from us for a refund ";within 14 days of the purchase date, and you will no longer have access to the Digital Content once you have received your refund.
Please keep in mind that after you have accessed or downloaded any Digital Content that you have purchased, you no longer have the option to cancel your purchase.
There are no refunds for consulting, staff assistance, or for failing to learn the software you purchased. We want to help, but we will not give you a refund if you don't use the products or services you ordered.
All emails will be reviewed within 48 hours and a response with the decision will be provided to you via email.
